Liner notes:
Recording was fun - the intimacy that’s reached with musicians and technicians in the process - except I hate listening to myself afterwards. Chosen material to create a variety of distinct moods and colours - with a thread woven throughout of clarity of style and a mellow midnight mood?! Combining simplicity with agility and of course expression. Rob’s energy, motivation, sheet talent made this whole task an inspiring and thrilling experience. Julie’s ability to turn on beauty in a mere second of playing Cool for me to have the best jazzers around Rob Koral -quote- Julie Lewis -Quote- I am happy with this CD, but next time, when I’m bigger and braver, I intend to include some originals.

Gigging’s got to be the best, it’s the over-all performance I love; conveying the moods, the entire communication thing between musicians and the audience – interpreting a song differently as a direct response to the atmosphere – it’s a real thrill. Biggest thanks to you who come to the gigs - please keep coming and tell yr friends

Hardest part - was choosing a title
Silk - corny
